BRAND IDENTITY / PRINT DESIGN

Sunalta is warm and welcoming but still keeps the charm of one of Calgary’s oldest neighborhoods. Its quiet streets covered in a canopy made of trees allows one to escape from the city.

The brand is as warm and inviting as the community that resides there. The letters are close together, similar to how residents squish beside each other at the local brewery.

In order to research Sunalta, we needed to observe, interview, and engage with the community. We spoke to residents, found their local water hole, and created a community engagement activity where we learned how they felt about their neighborhood.
